I have noticed our members catching wind to the fact that when we do conditioning with a barbell, things can get crazy fast.
I TOTALLY agree. Understand that when we use a “heavy” barbell for conditioning, things change….a lot. One’s ability to run fast and far can help but they do not predict one’s potential for success. It is just different and the ability to move weight under fatigue is a specific skill that can be trained.
