Hey Guys-

I just wanted to say that it has been a lot of fun teaching our members the regression, progressions and positions of the olympic clean. It is pretty damn cool to see you all pick up a complicated movement pattern and develop the many small intricacies that create a collective whole and awesome lift.

Clean Pull + Squat Clean

 

Breathe:

8 Rounds for time:

1 Squat Clean (70% of build)

5 burpees

7 jumping pull-ups

9 air squats
