What’s your X? That is a SUPER important understanding that we all need to have when we begin a fitness routine. So important that we have it screen printed on our shirts and ask you to write YOUR X on our wall. Your X will motivate you to do the things you do not necessarily want to do. Create accountability for coming into the gym on the days you just dont feel like working out. They give you purpose and direction.
