WOD 9.01.17

How do you grip the barbell? Have you noticed which hand you grab the bar with first? Maybe take notice because creating ritual makes such a HUGE difference in building success with such a powerful tool.

Maybe we get to the EMOM today….maybe we don’t. No worries. Our priority is developing solid lifting mechanics and just building more comfort and trust with the barbell.
