See the look on Ashley’s face? THAT is what effort looks like. Working out is not always pretty. The weight on the bar DOES NOT MATTER. What does matter is that you guys come in ready to do work. If you want change, this is what it takes. Consistent WORK day in and day out. Not when you feel like it. Not when the weather is your ideal temperature. Change happens to those who are willing to MAKE change rather than have change come to them.
