Shoulder stability is the name of the game, folks. We need it and LOTS of it. Part of our programming mission here at EDX CrossFit is to bullet proof your bodies from potential mishaps. The key is creating an equal balance in strength while doing both overhead and horizontal pushing and pulling movements as well as straight arm and bent arm support work.
