If you haven’t figured it out yet, we LOVE the kettlebell at EDX CrossFit. Utilizing single arm swings, cleans and snatches are a GREAT way to wake up those sleepy core muscles and build more balance in the shoulder girdle (notice a theme here yet?). #BuildingBetterHumans
