Wall balls…….Love them yet? They are great at drilling in good squat mechanics and building general leg endurance. Hopefully you will love them soon.

10 mins Active movement

10 cals ski or bike

hero’s pose

stripper squats

heart opener

 

Build:

Front Squat x 12 reps @ 33×1

Cossack Squats x 8 / side

Knee Tuck to Leg lower x 4-6

 

Breathe: 

For time:

run 400m w/ a wall ball

60 wall balls

–every break = 200m run w/ wall ball

*10 min CAP
