WOD 7.11.17

I found my way into CrossFit because I have forever enjoyed the pursuit of strength potential through the use of barbell work and bodyweight mastery.  Add in a little burning of the lungs and a supportive community and we have the makings of a perfect workout with endless possibility.

 

Today we are going to get strong, challenge our body weight control and hit the streets in a fury!
