We want to take a minute here to give congratulations to one of our members. Amanda was one of our very first members, and from her first class she was hooked. After 6 weeks of putting in hard work, coming every day, she’s seeing the results! We know she’s got a busy life and we want to give her a thumbs up for prioritizing her health by making sure she gets into the gym regularly. If you’ve taken a class with her, you know she works hard and yet somehow manages to maintain her upbeat energy. We love having her around! Here’s what she has to say:

“As a mother of 3 I always strive to be fit not only for myself, but for my kids. I decided to give EDX CrossFit a try because it was close to home. Little did I know how much I’d love coming to this gym everyday! Since joining EDX, I’ve noticed rapid improvement in my physical fitness and also my mental well-being.
