It would be a dream come true to see the fast majority of our membership be able to successfully complete a COMFORTABLE full range of motion overhead squat. In my opinion its not a movement that is reserved for the hyper mobile and gifted. It IS a movement that we were all once had the  ability to execute…. the cumulation of years of spent in positions not requiring us to maintain this mobility in combination with our bodies gradually handing over its laxity to father time.

lazy side plank

thoracic twist w/ internal rotation

behind the neck rack stretch

 

Build:

 

Snatch Drop + OHS (3+2)

+

Supinated chinnups x 3-5 @ 2111 (hinge row x AMRAP)

 

Breathe:

 

5 RFT

5 HSPU

5 OHS (70% Build)

5 cal Ski / 10 cal AD
