Today’s “breathe” portion is what we refer to as a density test. 1 rep maxes are sexy but at the end of the day they do not tell us much more than that the universe aligned itself in your favor for a split second. Being able to hit your 90% whenever is more telling. Being able to hit your 90% over and over and over again is even more telling.
