More Lift-OFFS!

Rope climb progressions are becoming a staple in our programming. How cool would it be if you could execute a perfect leg-less L-sit rope climb? Envision yourself demonstrating such amazing strength and control. It WILL happen in time. First step in the process is believing that you will get there. Your mindset will either create a barrier or knock down an existing barrier. Our progressions are only as good as your desires and effort.
