More barbells are coming soon folks.

 

We have about 2 weeks left in the current cycle and a little bit of testing. After that, we will be shaking things up, in a good way :-)…….EVEN more gymnastic skills. Progressive barbell work AND MORE BREATHING. YES, that is possible 🙂

EMOM 8 Jerk Dip – Building

 

Build:

 

Jerk Dip + Push Press – Building to a heavy

+

Accumulate 10 reps of Lean away Pull-up negative

 

Breathe:

 

EMOM 10

odd – 4 burpees + 4 HLR

even –  1 Power Clean and push press @ 75% of “Build”
