More barbells are coming soon folks.
We have about 2 weeks left in the current cycle and a little bit of testing. After that, we will be shaking things up, in a good way :-)…….EVEN more gymnastic skills. Progressive barbell work AND MORE BREATHING. YES, that is possible 🙂
