Get Bent Yoga

The Get Bent Yoga program is not your typical yoga class. Through a decade of consistent yoga practice and intensive study with many great instructors, we have deciphered what really works to open up the body. We use a combination of traditional asanas and effective
mobilization techniques that will make tangible changes in range of motion in much less time than typical random class sequencing. Since most of this class is performed seated on the floor, we encourage you to enjoy your favorite recovery beverages and Get Bent with us! (BYOB)
