These classes prioritize development of the aerobic energy systems to support recreational sport, competitive endurance sport as well as the sport of competitive CrossFit. Each training session utilizes bodyweight movements and kettlebells to develop balanced strength needed to perform at any level of endurance activity.  The conditioning component of class will contain elements that build both the aerobic base and different levels of sustainable aerobic power. You’ll build high levels of fitness while learning how to pace properly for all distances of endurance events.
