Since the CrossFit Regionals kicks off today, we thought we’d share a moment in today’s blog from 2014 when Head Coach, Angelo Gala, went to the NorthEast Regionals. Woot Woot! Looking forward to seeing what these athletes do this year.

Don’t Forget! EDX is celebrating their 1st month in business this Saturday, May 20th from 12-3pm and we hope you, your family and friends can make it. Don’t worry, we won’t put you through a WOD. It’ll just be hanging out and meeting other members of the EDX family, drinking beer from U-Turn BBQ and having a good time. We’ll be headed to U-Turn BBQ after for some extended fun. See you there!
