Cheat clean practice

 

Build:

Overhead Squat x 8 @ 3111

Flexed Bar hang in L-hold x :20

Ring Push-ups x 8-10 – finish w/ turnout

Hanging Knee raises x 12-15 @ 3111

 

Breathe: 5 Rounds for time

8 Single Arm Squats (4 per side)

12 Alt KB swings

16 lateral jumps over KB

20 Hollow rocks
