No overhead squats in this workout! But we do want to wish our member, Amanda, a very happy birthday! We know she’ll be coming to the 5:30am class, as she does every day, and we have something special in store for her. Come to class if you want to find out what that is.

Build:

Close Grip Bench Press x 8-10 @ 4111

SA KB Row x 8 / side @ 3012

Close Grip Push-ups x 6-8 @4111
