When working intervals whether they are just cyclical in nature (think fan wheel bike) or done with some combination of gymnastics, the goal should be to find YOUR rhythm. In order to be truly sustainable, its important to learn how hot you can run your motor at all different work rates. In a 3 min interval with multiple repeats like today, push to find how hotyou can run your engine while still being sensitive to the sound of your song.

8 hanging scap retractions

 

Breathe:

 

Every 3 mins x 10 sets

15/10 cals

8 hanging knee raises

6 burpees to 6″ target

ring row hold til :45 remains in interval
